Dear Banting and Best families,

We have an important update regarding the relocation of two modular classrooms at Banting and Best School. On Monday, March 10, the two new modular classrooms will be temporarily placed in the field. They will be relocated to another school later that evening

Building and landscape restoration will continue into late spring. Once this work is completed, construction equipment and fencing will be removed, and the area will be fully restored as part of the schoolyard.

We are committed to ensuring a safe environment for students, staff, and community members while this work is taking place. To minimize disruptions and maintain safety, the following precautions will be in place:

• The construction area will remain securely enclosed at all times;
• Work will primarily take place outside of school hours whenever possible; and
• Crews are coordinating closely with school administration to avoid impacting school activities and outdoor student time.
