Hello families,

Staffing 

Welcome Mr. Noel Hanni as the newest member of the Banting and Best School family! He is joining us as our Classroom Complexity Teacher for the remainder of this school year. His role is being finalized. For this week, he will be partnering in classrooms to get to know students and staff.  

Poet Virtual Visits 

Poetry In Voice has provided a grant on our behalf to fund a virtual poet visit. We are excited to be working with published and award winning, Poet Raoul Fernandes this week. Students will have a presentation, poetry reading, poetry instruction and a Q&A session.

Traffic Notice 

Please see the notice below for upcoming lane closures on Millican Road and Ogden Road, beginning as early as April 6, due to the Green Line LRT project. Two-way traffic will be maintained at both locations, though there may be delays during peak travel times. Please note that weather and site conditions may affect the expected start and duration of the lane closures.
