STEAM Night
Thank you to all families who were able to attend our STEAM Night. We had young scientists everywhere! In addition to the awesome science stations, we raised significant funds for Conservation efforts towards protecting the Rockhopper Penguin. Such generosity:)
Staff Learning
Last Friday, our staff took off on learning adventure for Maatoomsii'Pookaiks Professional Learning Day. We received a grant that allowed us to travel to Head-Smashed-in Buffalo Jump World Heritage Site. Here we were guided by a very engaging Knowledge Keeper, Lukas, who taught us the history of the buffalo run alongside the ways of the Blackfoot people. Banting and Best School is committed to Truth and Reconciliation Actions and we look forward to embedding our new learning into our lessons.
